The Capital BCS Consulting SEO Start-up Package**

(to be completed over the first 30 to 45 days for any new client)

1. Understand the client’s goals/objectives for the website.
2. Review the site for existing SEO efforts, general technical issues, browser compatibility, etc.
3. Identify the correct target audience.
4. Perform keyword research, analyze the competition, and selecting keyword phrases (max. of 3).
5. Update page titles, meta descriptions and meta keywords.
6. Add internal links and sitemap, if necessary.
7. Add optimized business information to each web page.
8. Claim key local business profiles.
9. Optimize Google Places profile for local SEO exposure.
10. Add simple media (audio/video) and submit to key online directories, as required.
11. Add a simple blog for regular postings of new content, then add to Google Blog Search Engine.
12. Add backlinks for increased search engine rankings and general internet exposure.
13. Write two (2) new articles related to the site’s content, post on the website or blog, and submit to key article directories.
14. Write one (1) new press release, post on the website or blog, and submit to key press release directories.
15. Research potential new business partners and/or new marketing opportunities and report the results to the client.
16. Provide client with an overall summary report of the SEO tasks performed upon Package work completion.

One-Time Fixed Investment:  New client base cost of $400, plus between $250 (basic website size/structure and low competition) and $1,100 (large website, complex structure, and high competition).

Monthly SEO Maintenance**

(for clients who have completed the SEO Start-up Package above)

1. Review the site’s SEO statistics, comparing to prior figures, and provide client with a results and new recommendations report.
2. New article or blog post written and distributed to directories.
3. New content promotion identified and performed (media distribution, url submissions, joint venture, etc. based on client’s monthly need).
4. Increase Google Places statistics (promote reviews, new links, citations, photos, etc.)
5. Review client’s competition for changes in status, new products/services or marketing techniques being employed.
6. Increase website’s backlinks.
7. Review previous month’s general business marketing strategy and make recommendations for change as necessary.
8. Month end report of tasks accomplished submitted to client.

Fixed Monthly Investment:  $250 to $1,000 depending on website’s size and level of complexity (as determined by SEO Start-up Package pricing and industry competition). 

No long-term contract is ever established.  An initial minimum of 3 months of services is required, then month-to-month agreement can be canceled at anytime. 

After seeing the results of the Start-up Package, keeping us on as a monthly business service is going to be a very easy decision -- based solely on our results and contribution to your bottom line.
